1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of Paulapagliad Ressage at paulapagliadressage.com (“the site”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Responsible Play page.

2. Who can use the site

You must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom.
You may have one account only, in your own name, with accurate details.
We may ask you to confirm your age or identity, and we may close accounts that don't meet these rules.

3. Free social games, not gambling

Paulapagliad Ressage offers free-to-play social games for entertainment only.

There is no real-money gambling. You cannot pay to play and you cannot buy coins.
Virtual coins have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged or cashed out.
There are no prizes of money or money's worth.
Results in our games do not mean you would have similar results in real-money gambling.

4. Your account

Keep your password private and don't share your account. You are responsible for activity on it.
Your account is stored on our server. Passwords are hashed before they are saved. After five wrong passwords, sign-in is paused for 15 minutes to protect you.
If you sign in with Google, Google confirms your name and email, and our server checks that confirmation with Google before signing you in.
Tell us straight away through Player Care if you think someone else has used your account.

5. Coins, bonuses and levels

New accounts receive 50,000 free coins. You can collect a free daily bonus of 10,000 coins once every 24 hours.
You earn XP from the daily bonus and from opening games. XP moves you through ten levels, from Introductory to Grand Prix.
Coins, XP and levels are kept on our server with your account. We may change bonus amounts or level rules, or correct balances affected by errors or misuse.
Coins, XP and levels end when your account is closed or deleted.

6. Our games

All games on the site are our own originals and are hosted on our own site. We may add, change or remove games at any time. We try to keep everything running but can't promise the site or any game will always be available or error-free. Games may keep their own in-game balances, which also have no cash value.

7. Fair use

You agree not to:

use bots, scripts or automated tools, or exploit bugs or errors;
create more than one account or use someone else's account;
try to access other accounts, our server files or any part of the site you're not meant to;
copy, scrape or reuse our games, artwork or content;
use the site for anything unlawful, abusive or harmful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Our content

The games, artwork, logos, text and code on the site belong to Paulapagliad Ressage or our licensors. You may use them only to play on the site for your own personal, non-commercial use.

9. Breaks and closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from My account; this removes your account file from our server. You can also ask Player Care for a break or a restriction. We may close an account that breaks these terms, or that has been inactive for a long time, after giving notice where we reasonably can.

10. Our responsibility to you

The site is provided free of charge for entertainment. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, for loss of virtual coins or levels, or for problems caused by your device, connection or third-party services.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we'll show a notice on the site. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
