Our games

We have 31 games, all our own originals: video slots (24), arcade (2), classics (3), instant win (2). Every game is hosted on our own site and opens inside the game page, so there's nothing to download or install. They work on computers, tablets and phones in an up-to-date browser such as Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox.

• Use Full screen on any game page for the best view, and Reload if a game gets stuck.
• All games use free virtual coins. There's no real money and no prizes.
• Browse them all on the games page.

Your account and login safety

Your login details are handled entirely on our server:

• Server-side accounts. When you sign up, the form is sent straight to our server. Your account is saved as a protected file in a folder that is blocked from the web. It isn't kept in your browser, shown in any table on the site or put in the address bar.
• Hashed passwords. Your password is hashed (scrambled one-way) before it's saved. Nobody, including us, can read it back.
• Secure session. Once you sign in, a secure, HTTP-only cookie keeps you signed in. Page scripts can't read it, and it holds a random ID only.
• Lockout protection. Five wrong passwords pause sign-in for 15 minutes.
• Google sign-in. If you use Google, our server checks the sign-in directly with Google before letting you in. We only receive your name and verified email.
• Encrypted connection. The whole site is served over HTTPS.

How our forms work

Every form on the site (sign up, sign in, contact and Player Care) is processed on our server, not in your browser:

• Your details are posted securely to our server, checked there, and then saved or emailed. Nothing is stored in the page.
• Contact and Player Care messages are sent from our server to our support inbox through a secure email connection.
• Our server keeps a short record of each submission in a protected log file, so we can reply and handle requests. Passwords are never logged.
• No database queries, tables or account data are ever shown on the site.

Coins and levels

• New accounts start with 50,000 free coins.
• Collect a daily bonus of 10,000 coins and 150 XP from My account once every 24 hours.
• Opening a game earns 25 XP (once per game every 30 minutes).
• XP moves you through ten levels: Introductory, Preliminary, Novice, Elementary, Medium, Advanced Medium, Advanced, Prix St Georges, Intermediate and Grand Prix.
• Your balance and level are saved on our server, so they follow you to any device you sign in on.
• Coins are free, have no cash value and can't be bought, sold or exchanged.

Account help

• Forgot your password? Send a message with the topic “Forgot password” from the email on your account and we'll help you back in.
• Can't sign in? Check you're using the same method you signed up with (email or Google). After five wrong tries, wait 15 minutes.
• Change your details: contact Player Care with the topic “Account help”.
• Delete your account: go to My account and use “Delete account”. This removes your account file from our server straight away.

If a game won't load

1. Press Reload above the game, or refresh the page.
2. Make sure JavaScript is turned on and your browser is up to date.
3. Turn off browser extensions that block content, then try again.
4. Still stuck? Send us a message with the topic “Problem with a game”, the game's name and your device.
